About

Pocket Finds started as a shared spreadsheet between three friends who kept texting each other "you have to try this one." At some point the list got too long for a chat, so we turned it into a site. Nothing fancy, just people who like playing on their phones during commutes and quiet evenings.,We care about indie and small-studio games because that's where the weird, clever ideas live. A team of two can ship something more memorable than a huge budget release, and those games rarely get written about. So we go looking for them.,Every game we cover gets real playtime. We don't review from a trailer or a press blurb. If a game needs ten hours before it clicks, we put in the ten hours and tell you whether it was worth the wait.,The reviews are opinions, plain and simple. We disagree with each other all the time, and sometimes a game one of us loves gets a shrug from the rest. We think that's more useful than a fake consensus.

Marek Dvořák — Marek runs the editorial side and has been playing on handhelds and phones since the days of monochrome screens. He's the one who insists every game gets finished before it gets rated.
